This notice is provided under Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and explains how we process personal data of visitors, patients, and companions using our website and services.
Categories of personal data processed:
- Contact Data: name-surname, email, phone, country/city.
- Service/Transaction Data: appointment/travel request, preferred hospital/department, messages.
- Health Data (special category): if you provide it; summaries of tests/reports, complaints and diagnosis information.
- Technical Data: IP, device/browser details, cookie logs, analytics data.
Purposes of processing:
- Pre-assessment, matching with appropriate physicians/centers, appointment and transfer planning, pricing/quotation.
- Customer relations, support and satisfaction management.
- Compliance with legal obligations, handling of disputes.
- Site security, performance and statistical analytics.
Legal bases: KVKK Art. 5/2 (a, c, ç, e, f) (contract performance, legal obligation, legitimate interest) and, where required, Art. 5/1 with your explicit consent. For special-category health data, explicit consent is required under Art. 6/2.
Transfers: Where necessary for the service, limited and proportionate sharing with healthcare providers/physicians and travel-accommodation-transfer suppliers may occur. For cross-border transfers, KVKK-compliant mechanisms and consent procedures are applied.
Retention: In line with legal requirements and limitation periods; when the purpose no longer exists, data is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.
Your rights (Art. 11): You may request information, rectification, deletion, restriction, object to processing, or withdraw consent by contacting ru.clinicia@gmail.com.
